The following is a condensed version of the original Non-technical Environmental Impact study.  The study was prepared on behalf of Limerick County Council (acting on behalf of limerick City council and Clare County Council), by consulting engineers M.C. O' Sullivan (Ireland) & COWI (Denmark) and additional specialist environmental consultants.
